Professional Washing Services
Our larger machines have a boil wash facility meaning we are able to clean Restaurant tea towels & tablecloths, Hairdressers towels and Sports kits
Our washing and drying machines
Always up-to-date
Beckenham Launderette has been owned and managed by the same family for over 50 years. In that time, we have consistently and regularly invested in new washing machines.
The majority of our dryers were bought new and installed in 2021. They offer maximum efficiency to reduce drying time.
Our washing machines are updated regularly to ensure we offer a variety of sizes, from small to jumbo, in order to make sure we have a machine to fit your wash. This allows you to use one machine for larger washes rather than two, which saves you time and money. Our machines spin much faster than domestic washing machines, meaning your clothes come out dryer and need less drying time.
Our shop is always fully staffed when open. All washing and drying machines are regularly cleaned and maintained. We pride ourselves on providing you with a clean environment to do your washing.
* SERVICE WASHING & DRYING
In order to assist customers, members of staff, on a voluntary basis, are willing to complete washing left for collection later. This is a private arrangement between customers and staff and management do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to said washing except that it is accepted on the same conditions as if the washing was done by the customer personally.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO CHECK:
• All items are suitable for machine washing and/or tumble drying
• The customer must specify HOT, WARM or COLD wash
• The customer must separate washing into LIGHT and DARK loads
Collections and Deliveries
How it works
Schedule a Pickup
Ring or contact us by Tuesday afternoon to arrange a pick up.
Personal Pickup
We pick up from your house in person on Wednesday morning.
Service wash
We wash, fold and pack your washing ready to return to you.
Delivery
We deliver to your house in person on Thursday mornings.
Please note that this is a personalised service run entirely by Beckenham Launderette. No third-party courier services are used, and your washing will be done in our shop by a member of our team. Our bagging and ticketing system, along with our experienced in-shop team men that your washing is safe in our care from start to finish.
